We are a small Powder Coating company based out of Collingwood Ontario. Our company is seeking a reliable individual.

This position is a Full Time Permanent Position with Co-Pay Perks. Hourly shift from 8am-4:30pm daily Monday - Friday.

This role will be responsible for:

- Powder coating is the main job role. Experience with powder coating is an asset but we are willing to train the right candidate.

- Role includes operating and maintaining the powder booth, proper cleaning and usage of the powder gun assembly. Thoroughly coating and inspecting parts for full coverage. Learning and repeating the necessary steps for coating a wide range of components.

Other roles may include:

- Prepping of parts for painting (cleaning parts, checking quality after paint completion, skidding parts, etc.)

- General upkeep of the shop, sweeping, cleaning equipment, organizing shop areas.

- Light mechanical maintenance of blasting equipment or shop tools, but only as your skill set allows.

- Must be able to lift 50lbs + and work on your feet all day.





- Must have a pair of steel-toe work boots. Stay working with us long term and we provide a yearly boot allowance.

- Must have VALID Drivers Licence (G)

- Must have reliable transportation and be present at work daily and on time.

- Training will be provided for all aspects of the job, no previous experience necessary as mentioned earlier, but is an asset. You will work along side a small team of 3-4 people daily, working as a team to ensure the shop is running smoothly.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 per hour for first 3 months, $19 after if appropriate fit for the shop.
