Part-Time Personal & Household Assistant

Woodbridge, Ontario | 8–10 hours/week to start |

THE ROLE

I'm looking for someone reliable and organized to help our family about 8–10 hours a week, mostly Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The work starts in the kitchen. Meals, prep, and keeping our food routines running so the week actually works.

What you'd be doing:

- Preparing healthy family meals from recipes provided
- Juicing and health drinks
- Prepping lunches, snacks and ingredients for the week
- Batch cooking so weekdays are simple
- Weekly fridge, freezer and pantry inventory
- Flagging what needs restocking, preparing grocery orders, putting groceries away
- Leaving the kitchen reset and organized
- Once you know our rhythm, anticipating what the week needs before I ask
- Order weekly or bi-weekly groveries and inventory online for delivery or pick up
- We will discuss what the future role looks like at an expanded level and timeframe

You can cook from home and deliver, as long as you do the inventory walk-through at drop-off and timing works for lunches and dinners.

Dependable. Trustworthy. Organized. Consistent. Highly Efficient - Set up a System around these tasks so that as you grow into more work someone else can take over the tasks easily.

I'm rebuilding and expanding my business, and for the right person this can grow into personal assistance,



business organization, events, coordination and special projects. More hours, more responsibility, over time.

I'm also genuinely interested in what you're building.
