Tim Hortons Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Tim Hortons Supervisor to support daily operations across a busy multi-unit location, including a full-size store and a high-volume express store.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily operations to ensure excellent guest service and brand standards
- Lead, coach, and support team members across both locations
- Manage staffing and service flow during peak periods
- Support inventory, cash handling, and cost controls
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company policies

Qualifications:

- Previous supervisory experience in a quick-service or high-volume food service setting (Tim Hortons preferred)




- Multi-unit experience an asset
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Terms of Employment:

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
