The role

We’re hiring an Auto Glass Technician to deliver professional windshield and auto glass services with care, precision, and pride.

What you’ll be doing

- Remove and install windshields and auto glass with strong workmanship and attention to detail
- Complete recalibrations and related steps as required (training provided where needed)
- Inspect vehicles and glass, confirm correct parts, and ensure safe, clean installs
- Communicate clearly with customers when needed, in a professional and friendly way
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow best practices for tools and materials
- Work collaboratively with a small team where everyone’s effort matters
- Participate in periodic on-call work, including occasional evenings and weekends, as jobs come in

What we’re looking for

- Experience as an auto glass technician (or closely related trade experience with a strong willingness to learn)
- Solid workmanship, good judgment, and a safety-first mindset
- Reliability and pride in quality
- A calm, professional approach with customers and teammates
- Valid driver’s license (as required for shop/field needs)
- Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends (on-call work comes in periodically)
- Comfort with technology and a willingness to keep learning




- Ability to learn and use new tools/processes reliably as the industry evolves
- Fluent in English as you need to be able to communicate effectively with the team and customers
