We're Growing! | HR & Recruitment Consultant (Fractional/Part-Time | Remote)

Simplified HR Consulting is looking to add an experienced HR professional to our growing team. We thrive in serving small to medium sized businesses primarily in landscaping, construction and other skilled trades.

This is a part-time, fully remote consulting opportunity with flexible, project-based hours. We are seeking someone who enjoys the variety of consulting work - supporting clients with practical HR guidance while also leading recruitment initiatives to help organizations attract and retain exceptional talent.

This opportunity is best suited for a seasoned HR Professional with progressive experience in HR and recruitment who can work independently, build robust client relationships, and provide thoughtful, practical solutions.

What you'll bring:

- Solid HR and recruitment hands-on experience
- Experience working directly with business owners, leaders and managers
- Strong operational/business acumen and the ability to quickly understand a client's unique needs
- Exceptional discernment when assessing candidates and hiring fit
- Experience recruiting for professional, leadership, skilled trades, and operational roles
- Confidence providing HR guidance on employee relations, performance management,



policy interpretation, and other day-to-day HR matters
- Outstanding communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- A high level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail
