- Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant or venue operations, ensuring all processes run seamlessly
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest services with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Assist with training staff on hospitality best practices, customer service excellence, and guest engagement techniques
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure every visitor leaves satisfied and eager to return
- Manage cash handling procedures accurately during shifts, including opening and closing registers
- Coordinate reservations, seating arrangements, and special event setups to optimize guest flow and experience




- Monitor cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance with health regulations to uphold our high-quality environment

Qualifications

- Proven experience in hospitality or customer service roles with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
