POSITION: Full Time Clinical Practice and Support Specialist (Non-union position) (Temporary Assignment for 1 year)

CURRENT LOCATION: 401 Champagne Drive, North York (Agency wide support)

SALARY RANGE: $76,000 to $88,000

Hours and Days of Work

40 hours per week - days, evening and weekends will be required

About the Role

We are seeking a Clinical Practice and Support Specialist to join our growing clinical team. This role provides hands-on, in program clinical support focused on staff coaching, modelling, observation, and proactive clinical intervention. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening staff capacity, improving consistency, and supporting positive outcomes for individuals receiving services.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma with specialization in Behavioural Sciences, Psychology or related field
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavioural Analysis or equivalent is required




- Registration with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO) is required
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience supporting people with developmental disabilities and complex needs
- Robust written and verbal communication, organizational and clinical documentation skills
- Commitment to ethical, person-centered practice
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Must have a valid G level driver’s license and access to own vehicle
- French language is an asset

Job Duties

- Responsible for providing regular clinical presence/support in homes and programs
- Coach and model evidence based behavioral and clinical strategies
- Support implementation and follow through of Behaviour Support Plans
- Conduct observations and clinical assessments
- Deliver training and in the moment coaching to staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals
- Support incident review, documentation, and follow up
- Contribute to data collection, reporting, and quality improvement
- Perform other duties/responsibilities as assigned
