Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, welcoming guests, serving food and cleaning tables, cleaning tasks, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. This role requires solid communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Welcome guests, seat them, explain menu, serving food, cleaning plates and tables.
- Perform opening and closing front of the house duties as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.




- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.

Experience

- Previous Serving/bartending experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and drink preparation calculations.
- Familiarity with food safety standards in the food industry is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
