We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Medical Receptionist / Optometric Technician (Pretesting/Frame Stylist)

Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist patients with a friendly, professional attitude
- Schedule appointments and answer phones
- Verify patient information
- Perform preliminary vision testing and diagnostic pretesting
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Support the doctor and clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow
- Help patients select frames and lenses that fit their lifestyle and style
- Educate patients on lens options and eyewear products
- Adjust, fit, and dispense eyewear
- Process optical orders and assist with inventory
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the patient experience
