We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Internal Sales Advisor specializing in Group Benefits to join our team in Langley. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with clients, promote comprehensive insurance solutions, and drive sales growth through proactive communication and exceptional customer service. As an integral part of our sales team, you will leverage your expertise in insurance sales, marketing, and customer relationship management to deliver tailored advantages packages that meet client needs.

Duties

- Develop and nurture relationships with prospective clients through outbound telemarketing calls and retail sales strategies
- Conduct detailed analysis of client needs to recommend suitable group benefits solutions
- Engage in outside sales activities to expand our client base within the Langley region and beyond
- Present compelling insurance options, negotiate terms, and close sales effectively
- Utilize marketing techniques to promote our group benefits offerings across various channels
- Manage sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction at every touchpoint

Experience





- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a focus on insurance or financial products
- Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Active BC Life License, with supervison requirements completed
- Excellent communication skills for engaging clients, negotiating deals, and delivering presentations
- Experience with telemarketing campaigns or outbound calling strategies preferred
- Familiarity with sales administration tools and CRM systems to track leads and manage client information effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating within a team-oriented environment

Pay: $42,500.00-$50,000.00 per year
