Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated commission-based sales representative to join our Windows and Doors company. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador, engaging with prospective clients to showcase our high-quality products and services. Responsibilities

- Actively identify and pursue recent sales opportunities through outside sales efforts, including visiting potential clients at their locations.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our windows and doors.
- Develop customized solutions for clients by understanding their renovation or construction needs, offering expert advice on product selection.
- Manage customer accounts efficiently, ensuring excellent service from initial contact through project completion.
- Upsell additional products or services by leveraging product knowledge and understanding client needs to maximize sales potential.
- Utilize marketing strategies to generate leads, including participating in community events or local advertising campaigns.




- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using POS systems or CRM tools.

Skills

- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or inside sales within the renovation or construction industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-end sales confidently.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for reaching diverse customer bases.
- Knowledge of renovation projects, construction processes, and related terminology are welcome but not strongly required
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, merchandising, and cashiering procedures.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple accounts and follow-ups efficiently.
- Basic math skills for measurements, pricing calculations, and quoting projects accurately.
- Customer service expertise with a focus on building long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
