SERVICE, SERVICE SERVICE!!!

We are seeking energetic and experienced Servers to join our dynamic restaurant team that has a very strong focus on Hospitality! To deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing friendly, attentive, and efficient service. Duties

- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a welcoming attitude.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as TOAST POS, ensuring all special requests are noted.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Handle cash, process payments accurately, and perform cashiering duties with attention to detail.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, utensils, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations.




- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their visit.

Qualifications

- Proven food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality workplace.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order entry and cashiering.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
- Familiarity with food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for billing and transactions.
- Experience with food preparation, serving techniques, and restaurant operations is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude that enhances guest experiences.
- Kitchen experience or background in the food industry is a plus but not required; eagerness to learn is essential.

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
