Responsibilities

- Prepare a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair.
- Serve food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling and safety.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately and swiftly.
- Manage cash handling duties with integrity, ensuring proper cash register procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, adhering to food safety regulations.




- Support team members during busy periods by serving, taking orders, and managing multiple responsibilities seamlessly.

Skills

- Proven experience as a barista or in food service roles, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, for efficient transaction processing.
- Strong understanding of food handling procedures and food safety standards.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations.
- Experience in serving and food preparation within the food industry environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting while maintaining a positive attitude.
