Duties

- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, ensuring customers understand how items meet their needs
- Assist customers with selecting merchandise, offering personalized recommendations and upselling opportunities
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising and organization skills
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction




- Support inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment, product tagging, and organizing back-stock areas

Skills

- Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Proven experience in retail sales or technology sales with a focus on product demos and technical explanations
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual skills are a plus for reaching broader audiences
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and cash handling protocols
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory counts
- Excellent organizational skills to manage merchandising displays and stock levels efficiently
- Customer service excellence combined with phone etiquette for remote inquiries or follow-ups
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer

Must have experience in gas station and AGCO certificate for selling alcohol and familiar with OLG terminal

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
