The Flowr Group (Okanagan) Inc. has multiple entry-level positions available in the Propagation Department.

Propagation Team Member Job Description

- Responsible for performing all tasks related to propagation.
- Ensure plant health of mothers, clones and vegetative plants by performing plant maintenance tasks, such as watering, EC/pH checks, plant kills, and pruning.
- Perform cloning activities.
- Ensure cleanliness of propagation areas.




- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for Good Production Practices (GPP).
- Document propagation activities asper SOP’s.
- Other duties & responsibilities, as assigned from time to time

Required Job Skills

· Ability to work with Isopropyl Alcohol and other chemicals/cleaners
· Desire to learn with a positive attitude
· Ability to follow direction and stay on task
· Effective communication – verbal and in writing
· Ability to work in a team setting and independently
· Have strong attention to detail
· Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time, walk up and down stairs several times a day, and perform repetitive tasks
· Reliable and punctual

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.50 per hour
