The Role

As a Commissioned Salesperson, you’ll be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales for our state-of-the-art outdoor lighting solutions. This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential for those who thrive in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other creative methods.

- Conduct on-site consultations with homeowners and businesses to assess lighting needs and present tailored solutions.

- Effectively communicate the value of our premium lighting systems, including energy efficiency, durability, and aesthetic appeal.

- Close sales and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.

- Stay informed about industry trends, product features, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

What We’re Looking For





- Proven sales experience (preferably in home improvement, lighting, or related industries).

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.

- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.

- Knowledge of outdoor lighting or home improvement products is a plus but not required – we provide training!

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
