Overview

If so, you could be our next barista superstar at Buddha Bear Cafe located in Riverview’s heart, the Chocolate River Station!

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items with precision and care
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and utensils
- Operate coffee machines and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work setting
- A willingness to go above and beyond - being the unofficial concierge of the Chocolate River Station, and a team player in the cafe and with the staff of Rocco’s Cucina.

Experience

- A bright and welcoming personality




- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train enthusiastic candidates
- Food safety certification (or a willingness to complete before start date)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
- A positive attitude and willingness to go with the flow as we grow and evolve
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
