Liberty Kitchen is getting ready to open its doors in Courtenay, and we're looking for experienced Line Cooks to join our opening team.

We are seeking reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Line Cooks to join our vibrant team in delivering exceptional food experiences at our BRAND NEW restaurant coming to Courtenay. Back of House team members play a vital role in ensuring every dish meets our standards for quality, consistency, and presentation.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of cooking/line cook experience in a full-service restaurant
- Strong knowledge of food, food safety, proper food handling, and line execution
- Experience using QSR or related computerized chit systems
- Outstanding teamwork and communication
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy service periods




- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience
- Adaptable availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
