Duties

- Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools
- Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other trades by handling hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to understand project requirements
- Perform tasks such as concrete forming, finishing, and masonry work under supervision
- Help with installation of flooring, tiles, cabinetry, and interior finishes like painting and caulking
- Operate heavy machinery when certified or trained, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times




- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency on site

Requirements

- Previous construction experience or willingness to learn on the job in a fast-paced workplace
- Basic understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment is preferred
- Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing, masonry, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work or welding is a plus
- Ability to follow safety guidelines diligently and work effectively as part of a team
- Strong physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods
- Valid certifications in heavy equipment operation or specific trade skills are advantageous but not mandatory initially

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
