Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled 310S Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and be proficient in automotive repair. Hourly pay (not flat rate). Family-owned independent shop specializing in European and Japanese vehicles. Clean, organized facility. Monday–Friday only (no weekends). Quality-focused environment with modern diagnostic equipment.

Duties

- Perform routine maintenance and repair on automotive systems and components.
- Assemble mechanical parts according to specifications and schematics.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks.
- Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose issues and determine necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and productivity.

Skills





- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for assembly and repair tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to work collaboratively within a team.

Requirements

- valid Ontario Drivers License
- 310S journeyman or apprentice that has completed all in-school terms.
