Duties

- Provide a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
- Sanitate tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, managing appointments and client records efficiently.
- Upsell products and services to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Foster a positive environment by communicating effectively with clients and team members.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to offer clients the best options.

Skills

- Proficient in hair styling techniques with a keen eye for detail.




- Strong customer service skills to create an inviting experience for clients.
- Experience in retail sales with the ability to upsell products effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the salon environment.
- Front desk experience is a plus, facilitating smooth operations within the salon.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
