Stone Countertop Installer

Victory Stone is seeking a Stone Countertop Installer to join our growing installation team.

This installer is best suited for a individual with strong technical knowledge who can lead by example, ensure top-tier quality, and manage installations efficiently in the field while working as part of a team. Experience is preferred, however not neccesarly required for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in high-quality stone countertop installations
- Set the standard for craftsmanship, professionalism, and jobsite efficiency
- Ensure installations are completed accurately, cleanly, and on schedule
- Review job details and installation plans prior to arriving on site
- Ensure all tools, materials, and supplies are prepared to avoid delays or call-backs




- Maintain a positive customer experience through explicit communication and attention to detail
- Uphold company quality standards and safe work practices

Day-to-Day Activities

- Prepare, organize, and load stone slabs and fabricated pieces onto specialized A-frames
- Review project paperwork to confirm materials, hardware, and site readiness
- Assess jobsite access and plan safe, efficient stone handling using specialized equipment
- Perform technical installation tasks including leveling, seam setting, sink mounting, and final adjustments
- Lead installation crews on site, providing direction and hands-on support
- Clean, inspect, and review completed installations with clients
- Assist with shop duties as required to support production timelines
- Support team members on job sites and in the shop as needed

Requirements

- Experience preferred
- Technical skills with attention to detail and finish quality
- Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively toward project goals
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
- Willingness to travel for work when required
- Physically capable of performing installation work
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to learning and improvement

Good to Know

- Wage based on experience, skill level, and work ethic
- Performance-based pay, reviewed annually
- Overtime available
- Weekend work as needed, however not common practice
