Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust work ethic and a diverse skill set in construction and maintenance tasks. This role involves working on various projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and collaborating with other team members to achieve project goals. A commitment to safety and efficiency is essential.

Responsibilities

- Full scope interior residential and commercial retrofit renovations
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining quality standards
- Experience in finished and rough carpentry work, including knowledge of materials and methods.
- Basic electrical skills for installations and repairs.
- Familiarity with cabinet installation processes.
- Basic plubing skills for installation and repairs.
- Skills in restoration techniques for various types of structures.




- Competence in caulking for effective sealing applications.
- Basic skills in installation of drywall and other finishing materisals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.50-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
