BOSS Staffing is hiring Manufacturing Team Members/Team Leads for a large manufacturing company. Our client is located at Parkinson and the Universal area of Woodstock.

Below you will find one of our current positions in which we are looking to hire immediately!

Shifts Available:

Day shift – 6:30 AM (8-10 hours shifts) Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday as needed)

Afternoon shift - 5:30 PM (8-10hours shifts) Monday to Thursday/Friday start 4:30PM (occasional Saturday as needed)

Please note all shifts are 8 - 10 Hours per shift with the additional overtime as required.

Requirements

- Experience in manufacturing production
- An attention to detail is essential
- Highly organized and excellent time management skills




- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Effective communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in manufacturing environment is required
- A strong work ethic with a desire to learn and grow within the company
- High energy, self-starter who enjoys multi-tasking and can quickly adapt to changing priorities
- Must be able to lift 50lbs, able to stand for 8 hour shifts, and able to keep up with the demands a the quick-paced environment.
- Must have TSA-approved safety shoes, safety glasses, and safety vest.
