About Overtime Sports Bar & Grill

Overtime Sports Bar & Grill is a locally owned restaurant dedicated to providing exceptional food, outstanding service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our team, and ensure every guest has an excellent dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and profitable performance.
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and evaluate front-of-house and back-of-house team members.
- Prepare employee schedules and manage labour costs.
- Ensure excellent customer service and professionally resolve guest concerns.
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and relationships with suppliers.
- Review sales, labour, and food cost reports and implement strategies to improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and Ontario employment regulations.
- Support marketing initiatives and community engagement.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace culture.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication,



and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and cost control.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Smart Serve Certification required.
- Food Handler Certification is an asset.
