Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise all store activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and high standards of customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, utilizing effective merchandising and marketing techniques
- Recruit, interview, train, and develop staff to build a motivated and skilled team capable of delivering outstanding service
- Manage payroll, budgeting, and inventory purchasing to optimize store profitability and efficiency
- Oversee POS (Point of Sale) systems, cash handling procedures, and pricing accuracy to maintain operational integrity
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and team meetings to promote professional growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and store procedures at all times

Requirements





- Proven supervisory or managerial experience in retail sales or store management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
- Experience with recruiting, training & development, and performance management processes
- Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, and organizational skills for administrative tasks
- Knowledge of merchandising, pricing strategies, marketing techniques, and sales management principles
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, customer service excellence, and phone etiquette
- Familiarity with budgeting, payroll processing, purchasing procedures, and inventory control
- Solid math skills for sales calculations and financial recordkeeping
