POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Associate is responsible for driving Unlimited Membership growth at the site while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is the first point of contact for every guest who arrives at the property — greeting customers, explaining wash packages, presenting membership options, and converting single-wash customers into recurring members.
The Sales Associate leads with the Great White Smile, represents the brand with energy and professionalism, and takes personal ownership of daily membership and sales targets. This role supports continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives and maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, accuracy and customer care.
Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
