- Meets the staffing qualifications according to the Regulations and Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021
- Enrollment or completion of a Food Service Worker (FSW) Certificate is preferred
- Current Food Handlers Certificate
- A current Criminal Record Check for the Vulnerable Sector
- Evidence of Tuberculosis screening
- Must be able to perform all essential duties of the position with or without accommodation, which may include bending, pushing, pulling, lifting and repetitive movements
Responsibilities
- Assists with food service to residents
- Serves meals according to therapeutic diets and portion guidelines
- Maintains sanitation standards in accordance with public health regulations
- Cleans and sanitizes kitchen equipment, dishes, and work areas
