Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in multiple languages to enhance their experience
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide accurate information about products or services
- Maintain a clean and organized service area to ensure a professional environment
- Manage customer flow efficiently by prioritizing tasks and handling multiple requests simultaneously
- Use of a POS system and cash
- Supervise junior team members when necessary, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction

Requirements

- Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond clearly




- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
- Demonstrated organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and manage records efficiently
- Use of a POS system and cash handling
- Ability to remain patient, positive, and professional during busy periods and challenging situations
- Availability Tuesday to Friday 9:30am to 2:30pm, NO EXCEPTIONS!

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
