Accountant assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry and Contract Administrator to join our Accounting Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering data into various systems, verifying the creation of new clients, checking contract accuracy, and ensuring proper contract closures within the system.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data in multiple systems with high accuracy.

Verify the proper creation of new client profiles in the system.

Review and validate contracts for accuracy and completeness.

Process contract terminations and ensure proper closure in the system.

Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies.

Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
Russian or Ukrainian language is required

Proven experience in data entry,



contract administration, or a related field.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in data management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to analyze and verify information effectively.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience working in an accounting or finance-related environment is a plus.
