Your future duties and responsibilities

- Provide advanced support to users of our time management applications
- Handle complex issues and provide support for key strategic clients
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, particularly Payroll, and serve as a functional subject matter expert
- Analyze business needs and recommend sustainable, optimized solutions
- Configure time management systems and time clocks with a high degree of autonomy
- Coordinate and ensure the quality assurance of deliverables
- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to processes and tools
- Support clients in effectively using our solutions




- Maintain accurate and comprehensive client documentation
- Actively contribute to knowledge sharing and mentor team members

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

- College diploma (DEC) in Administration, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in time management
- Strong knowledge of time and attendance systems
- Experience working in a technology-driven office environment
- Proficiency with communication and collaboration tools
- Knowledge of the payroll cycle is a strong asset
- Experience implementing or optimizing systems is a significant asset

- Excellent analytical and complex problem-solving skills
- Strong autonomy and professional judgment
- Ability to influence and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business productivity tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $45,000–$75,000. This role is an existing vacancy.
