About the Role
As our E-Commerce Coordinator & Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of client online stores and project management ensuring a seamless experience for both our customers, end users and sales.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Store Management
You’ll take ownership of maintaining and supporting a portfolio of customer online stores by:
- Building and launching branded e-commerce stores using our established platform
- Adding and maintaining products, pricing, categories, images and inventory
- Performing basic HTML/CSS updates using Bootstrap to support store layouts and functionality
- Making minor graphic or content edits to support product listings and store pages
- Monitoring stores to ensure content is accurate, current, and functioning properly
Customer Support
You’ll serve as the primary support for the online stores you manage by:
- Assisting customers and end users with store navigation, account questions, and order inquiries
- Troubleshooting store related issues and coordinating resolutions
- Delivering timely, professional and friendly customer service that reflects our commitment to quality
Store Order & Project Coordination
You’ll manage the operational workflow for orders place through your assigned online stores and from internal sales reps by:
- Coordinating promotional product and print orders generated through customer e-stores and sales team
- Creating purchase orders and communicating with suppliers
- Managing artwork proofs and customer approvals
- Monitoring production schedules and following up to ensure timelines are met
- Coordinating with shipping department personnel for store orders and drop ship orders
- End-to-end project management
- Supporting assigned Account Managers by providing project updates and ensuring store-related and drop ship orders move smoothly from order placement through delivery
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate combines technical aptitude with strong organizational and customer service skills.
What You Will Bring:
- 3+ years of Experience managing e-commerce platforms or online stores
- Working knowledge of Bootstrap, HTML, and CSS
- Basic graphic editing skills using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva or similar software
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
Experience in print & promotional products, apparel or banded merchandise industry is an asset but not required.

Pay: $58,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
