Duties

- Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations on the day shift, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely
- Lead process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows and implementing Lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and enhance productivity
- Monitor and enforce quality control standards throughout the assembly process, ensuring products meet specifications and compliance requirements
- Utilize ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems such as SAP to track inventory, production schedules, and supply chain activities
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot mechanical issues, leveraging mechanical knowledge to support equipment uptime
- Manage team schedules, assign tasks,



and provide coaching to promote a motivated and high-performing workforce
- Drive continuous improvement efforts by analyzing data from MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems and identifying opportunities for process enhancements

Qualifications

- Proven experience in manufacturing supervision or team leadership within a production environment
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems, including MRP modules for inventory and supply chain management
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, process improvement strategies, and quality control standards
- Experience with assembly processes and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- Basic understanding of supply chain operations within a manufacturing setting
