We are currently looking for 1 new Parking Facility Ambassador to join our growing Saskatoon team. This role is Monday to Friday from 3pm - 11pm. You will be responsible for a portfolio of locations, providing parking enforcement services, equipment servicing, maintenance duties and contribute to a world class customer experience.

What you’ll be doing:

* Patrolling of parking lots

* Assist customers is needed

* Issue parking notices to vehicles not in compliance with parking rules

* Perform permit audits, space counts and rate surveys.

* Monitor and respond to alerts through a variety of platforms.

* Address any deficiencies on locations with respect to appearance, safety, equipment.

* Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot parking equipment and software

* Maintain cleanliness schedule for assigned lot locations.

* Other related duties may be assigned.

* General technical knowledge

* Working outdoors for extended periods of time including up to the entire duration of shift

* Able to walk, stand for extended periods

* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

* Valid Driver's license & Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Required

* Courteous and tactful to patrons, visitors, and employees





* Ability to recognize problems and execute solutions

* Maintain professional appearance and demeanor

* Complete multiple projects simultaneously with a degree of self-direction

* Maintain a reliable and dependable attendance record

* Time management, multi-tasking, and organization skills with solid attention to detail

* Ability to deal with ambiguity and remain calm / maintain positive attitude under pressure.
