01 | Visa ConsultantKey Responsibilities

- Provide consultations and guidance to clients on various types of Canadian visa applications.
- Assess clients’ backgrounds, needs, and goals to identify appropriate options and develop preliminary application strategies.
- Clearly explain the eligibility, processes, requirements, and key considerations for different visa options.
- Follow up on client needs and case progress while coordinating effectively with internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and consistently follow up with both prospective and existing clients.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in the Canadian visa or related industry, with a solid understanding of common visa categories and application processes.
- Strong consultation and sales skills, with a good understanding of the Canadian market and client needs.
- Ability to quickly identify clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions rather than relying solely on standard procedures or scripts.
- Clear, logical, and professional communication skills, with the ability to independently manage client consultations and follow-ups.
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability for both client experience and results.

02 | Immigration ConsultantKey Responsibilities

- Provide consultations, needs assessments, and strategic guidance on Canadian immigration matters.
- Assess clients’ backgrounds and identify suitable immigration pathways and planning strategies.
- Clearly explain the requirements, processes, timelines, and key considerations of different immigration programs.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients and move prospects through consultation, conversion, and post-signing services.
- Collaborate with case processing and internal teams to ensure accurate and seamless communication of client information and strategies.

What We’re Looking For

- Relevant work experience in the Canadian immigration industry with practical knowledge of major immigration programs and pathways.
- Strong sales mindset and proven ability to convert prospective clients.
- Ability to understand clients’ underlying needs and adapt communication strategies accordingly.
- Capable of independently analyzing cases, communicating solutions, and moving clients forward without relying on scripted responses.
- Results-oriented while maintaining professionalism and a strong focus on long-term client relationships.
- Relevant professional qualifications, certifications, or industry experience are considered an asset.

03 | Education Planning ConsultantKey Responsibilities

- Provide education and academic planning services for students pursuing studies in Canada.
- Independently assess students’ academic backgrounds, grades, current grade levels, goals, and individual circumstances to develop practical school and course plans.
- Understand the academic and admissions needs of students across different stages, from K–12 to undergraduate and graduate studies.
- Review client documents, coordinate with the application processing team, and follow up on application submissions and progress.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with students and parents,



explaining the rationale behind academic planning, application strategies, and differences between available options.
- Follow up on client needs and provide consistent support throughout the entire process, from initial consultation to ongoing services.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in Canadian education, study abroad consulting, academic advising, or education planning, with a robust understanding of the Canadian education system.
- A combination of education knowledge, sales awareness, and a strong understanding of client needs.
- Ability to independently conduct consultations with students and parents rather than relying on standardized templates.
- Strong analytical and planning skills, with the ability to provide logical and personalized recommendations based on each student’s circumstances.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and an effective communicator.
- Sufficient professional experience to work independently with minimal training.

04 | Marketing & Operations SpecialistKey Responsibilities

- Manage marketing and promotional initiatives for education, visa, immigration, and related services.
- Develop content topics, campaigns, and promotional strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, create, and manage day-to-day content across platforms such as Xiaohongshu (RED), WeChat, WeChat Channels, and other social media platforms.
- Support the execution of online and offline events, seminars, and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze performance data, including traffic, inquiries, lead generation, and customer conversion, and continuously optimize content strategies.
- Collaborate closely with consultants and the sales team to ensure marketing efforts effectively support lead generation and business conversion.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in marketing operations, social media management, content marketing, or a related field.
- Good understanding of the Canadian local market, with a strong customer mindset and awareness of sales conversion.
- Ability to think beyond simply publishing content and understand what types of content attract and engage target audiences.
- Strong understanding of Xiaohongshu (RED), WeChat, short-form video platforms, and current content trends.
- Strong copywriting, content planning, and event execution skills.
- Proactive, efficient, and able to continuously adjust and improve marketing strategies based on performance data.
