Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Full time Pharmacy Assistant who is fluent in Farsi to join our pharmacy. In this vital role, you will support pharmacists in delivering exceptional patient care, managing medication supplies, and ensuring smooth pharmacy operations. We are looking for enthusiasm, dedication and attention to detail. We serve a predominantly Persian community. Fluency in both English and Farsi is required.

Responsibilities

- Assist pharmacists with dispensing medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring all prescriptions are correctly prepared and labeled.
- Provide excellent patient care by answering questions, and addressing concerns with professionalism and compassion.
- Manage inventory by receiving deliveries, organizing stock, and maintaining proper storage of pharmaceuticals.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining patient records, and processing prescriptions when needed.
- Ensuring the workplace is clean and organized at all times.
- Communicate effectively with Farsi-speaking patients to facilitate understanding of medication instructions and health advice.
- Follow all safety protocols related to medication handling, storage,



and disposal to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure seamless daily operations and uphold high standards of patient service.
- Manage Front Store inventory and help create events and promotions that align with the store's standards and procedures.

Qualifications

- A minimum of 1 year of current Pharmacy Assistant experience in Canada
- Excellent communication skills in both Farsi and English is a Must
- Proficiency in using Kroll software is an asset
- Passion for patient care with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Outstanding customer service skills are required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
