Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, adaptable Marine and Powersports Technician. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the industry, be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with technology.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform repairs and maintenance on Marine and Powersports products efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections, assembly, and troubleshooting of products.
- Recommend work and communicate needs effectively to the service department.
- Document all work orders accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to solve complex problems.
- Continuously learn and improve skills, adapting to recent systems and technologies.
- Seek ways to improve processes without compromising product quality or customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field.




- Marine and Powersport technical training or certifications.
- Experience with engines and transmissions.
- Strong diagnostic skills for both carbureted and fuel-injected small engines.
- Ability to provide your own toolbox and hand tools.
- Able to lift 50lbs and work in confined spaces, on your feet, sitting, or crouching for extended periods.
- Valid Manitoba driver’s license.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.What We Offer:

Additional Information:

- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, weekdays with occasional weekends as needed.
- Location: In-person at our Winnipeg, MB location.
- Language Requirements: French not required.
- Commuting/Relocation: Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the Winnipeg location.

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
