- Assist in food preparation, including basic food handling, assembly, and portioning of menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, following food safety guidelines
- Support food industry best practices by ensuring proper food storage, sanitation, and hygiene procedures are followed
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and productive kitchen operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
