Join our team at Urban Liquor Store and become part of a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment. We’re looking for energetic and motivated Retail Sales Associates who are passionate about outstanding service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers with product selection
- Share product knowledge and answer customer questions
- Restock and organize shelves and displays
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Upsell additional products to customers
- Handle customer complaints and issues professionally
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience

Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Previous sales or retail experience is an asset




- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling preferred
- Knowledge of liquor, wine, beer, and ready-to-drink products is a solid asset
- Experience in a liquor store, winery, or brewery setting is a plus
- Evening and night availability is required
