Your Responsibilities

As a Sales & Finance Specialist, you'll guide customers through the entire buying experience—from the initial conversation to vehicle delivery.

Responsibilities include:

- Build relationships with walk-in, phone, and internet customers
- Conduct professional needs assessments and vehicle presentations
- Structure financing solutions for prime and credit-challenged customers
- Submit finance applications and work with lender partners
- Present extended warranties, protection products, GAP coverage, and other value-added products
- Maintain CRM follow-up and appointment scheduling
- Generate new business through referrals, prospecting, and social media
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience before and after the sale




- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who is competitive, professional, and committed to delivering results.

Qualifications:

- OMVIC License (Required)
- Minimum 3 years of automotive sales experience
- Finance office or subprime finance experience is a strong asset
- Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
- Solid understanding of CRM follow-up and customer relationship management

- Consistently delivers 15–20+ vehicles per month
- Knows how to build rapport quickly
- Can confidently overcome objections
- Understands financing and lender guidelines
- Generates repeat and referral business
- Takes ownership of every customer interaction
- Wants to build a long-term career rather than simply collect a paycheck
