Reporting to the Building and Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical support, and to maintain plant equipment and the building and ensure continued production with maximum effect in our facilities.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Maintains production machinery to ensure safe and productive operations.
- Liases with team leaders, outside contractors re: repairs/installations of equipment and machinery.
- Maintains building Eg: lighting, plumbing, heating and emergency equipment & systems.
- Orders daily maintenance supplies as needed.
- Prioritizes and schedules maintenance work as needed.
- Performs preventative maintenance for equipment and plant facility as per schedules.
- Safety – maintains a safe working environment for all his fellow workers at all times through adherence to O.H.S.A.



and the company safety policies.
- Continuous Improvement: generates ideas, suggestions, methods/efficiency and equipment improvements and safe alternate routings.
- To continue cost savings by sourcing after market suppliers.
- 10.Performs all responsibilities/services in accordance with company
- Quality Assurance procedures.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

- Five to ten years of related experience. Also welding experience knowledge of electrical and CNC, PLC experience and awareness of O.H.S.A.
