Central Office is expanding fast, and we are looking for a elite, high-performing Sales Representative who knows how to hustle, overcome tough objections, and close deals across the home services sector.

We provide the power of an elite front office to growing businesses. Because we represent multiple fast-growing companies, we generate a high volume of warm inbound leads daily giving you a steady pipeline of hot opportunities. However, true top earners won't just sit on inbound calls; they will actively prospect, relentlessly follow up, and hunt down new revenue.

This role requires high agility, you’ll seamlessly adapt your pitch to represent different home service brands throughout the work week. It is ideal for a confident, adaptable closer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants complete control over their earning potential.

Mandatory Qualification: This is a performance-driven position. You must have direct, verifiable sales experience in a role where your individual personal sales, quotas, and closing metrics were actively tracked.

What You’ll Do

- Close Inbound Opportunities: Convert warm inbound leads into high-margin booked service jobs and long-term client contracts.
- Relentless Pipeline & Prospecting: Proactively follow up on open quotes, chase down pending leads, and hunt outbound opportunities.
- Master High Agility:



Effortlessly switch gears between diverse home service niches within the same work week.
- Overcome Friction & Objections: Navigate price resistance, hold the line on value, and close difficult sales on the phone.
- Deliver Results: Consistently meet or exceed individual monthly revenue goals and closing conversion rates.

Compensation & Earning Potential

- 100% Uncapped Commission: Direct payout on every completed job with no earning caps.
- Target Earnings: Expected monthly earnings of $4,000 – $8,000+, with significantly higher potential for top performers.
- High Average Ticket Sizes: Deal values range widely from smaller standard services to specialized, multi-thousand-dollar jobs.

What We’re Looking For

- Tracked Sales Record:



Proven sales background where your personal sales numbers were tracked and evaluated.
- Canadian Resident: Must currently live and hold the ability to work in Canada.
- Aggressive Follow-Up & Prospecting: A hunter mentality; you don't let leads go cold and you aren't afraid to make the hard follow-up calls.
- Adaptability & Speed: Highly agile professional who can comfortably flip between different home service pitches on the fly.
- Closing Confidence: High phone presence, sharp objection-handling skills, and the mental toughness to close tough sales.
