Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced DZ Driver in Markham to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating commercial vehicles to transport freight and materials across various locations. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and professionalism to ensure timely deliveries and excellent service.

Duties

- Safely operate DZ trucks and commercial vehicles for freight transportation within designated routes
- Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment such as forklifts and heavy machinery
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, documentation, and reports
- Assist with the operation of heavy equipment and perform basic automotive repairs when necessary
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws during transportation activities
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members to coordinate deliveries

Requirements:

DZ Driver Role –

- Licence Required:



AZ / DZ accepted 2+ years experience required (insurance company background noted) .
- Job Details Schedule: Monday to Friday Start time: 5:30 AM – 6:30 AM ~40 hours/week guaraunteed Pay: $23hour starting increase after 3 Work Type .
- DZ truck deliveries (restaurant/foodservice) up to 15 deliveries per day (multi-stop route) Truck arrives pre-loaded in the morning .
- Hand-bombing required: Open truck Pull load Use dolly Deliver into restaurant kitchens Load range: up to 50 pounds.
- Maintain cleanliness of truck (mandatory) delivery to retauraunt Reliability + punctuality critical .
