Overview

We are looking for a proactive and dependable Maintenance Mechanic Helper to join our maintenance team. In this role, you will support skilled technicians in maintaining and repairing industrial equipment and systems across manufacturing facilities. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your mechanical and electrical skills while contributing to the smooth operation of our production processes. Responsibilities

Assist experienced maintenance technicians with routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of machinery and equipment.
Support the installation, assembly, and disassembly of mechanical components following schematics and technical manuals.
Help perform assistance for preventive maintenance tasks on industrial equipment such as boilers, HVAC systems, and conveyors.

Assist with welding, low voltage electrical work, and basic electrical troubleshooting under supervision.
Ensure all work complies with safety standards,



including proper handling of electrical components and hazardous materials.
Participate in cleaning, organizing tools, parts, and work areas to promote a safe and productive workspace.

Skills

Basic mechanical knowledge with an interest in industrial maintenance practices.
Familiarity with schematics, technical manuals, or diagrams related to machinery repair.
Some experience or training in electrical systems, including low voltage wiring or industrial electrician tasks.
Understanding of HVAC systems, boilers, or welding techniques is a plus.
Strong analysis skills to identify issues quickly and accurately.
Good communication skills in English for effective teamwork and reporting.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols diligently.
