The Role

- Support the Store Manager with daily operations
- Lead, motivate, and support the team
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Assist with training and onboarding
- Support merchandising and inventory
- Handle opening and closing procedures

What You Bring

- 1–2 years of retail sales or leadership experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Positive, energetic, and solution-oriented attitude
