- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment
- Order maintenance parts/ supplies
- Follow preventative maintenance program for equipment & facility
- Assist with equipment installations
- Monitor and maintain a clean, safe and organized environment
- Operate forklift (experience and/ or forklift operator certificate required)
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of five years proven hands-on experience in a metal fabrication/manufacturing process environment
- General Machinist or other related trade experience and/or certification
- Understanding of electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems
- Understanding of general maintenance processes, methods and experience as a maintenance technician
- Positive written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
- Assertive personality with robust self-discipline and sense of urgency.
