- Handle cash transactions accurately, including ticket sales, food purchases, or merchandise payments
- Provide information about programs, activities, or services offered, demonstrating strong public speaking skills when needed
- Assist with food service operations if applicable, maintaining cleanliness and adhering to safety standards
- Address guest inquiries promptly and courteously, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction




- Support event setup and breakdown, helping with logistics and guest management during busy periods

Requirements

- Experience working with children or in a customer service environment is highly desirable
- Strong public speaking skills to confidently communicate with guests and team members
- Excellent customer service and guest services skills to create a positive experience for all visitors
- Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly in a fast-paced setting
- Previous food service experience or familiarity with hospitality practices is a plus
- Enthusiastic attitude with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
