Family Law Lawyer – Contract Position (Hybrid / BC-wide based)

· Hybrid/remote flexibility (you can work from your own location in BC).

· Optional in-person office presence in Victoria, Surrey and/or Nanaimo.

· Extended health, dental, and flexible scheduling for longer-term roles.

· Are licensed to practice family law in British Columbia.

· Follow established systems and processes carefully and consistently.

· Are comfortable with high-conflict matters when necessary, but prefer negotiated solutions.

· Refuse to advance positions that harm children, enable bullying, or contradict ethical practice.

· Are open-minded, inclusive, and willing to collaborate within our framework.

Job Types: Full time, Contract, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
