Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team in our not-for-profit, Faith-based Thrift Store. This role is essential in ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently while adhering to safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the retail thrift business, and a willingness to work along side our volunteers.

Responsibilities
- Inspect, clean, package, prepare and price items for the sales floor.

- Work along side volunteers and other staff.
- Package finished products accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while ensuring product quality.

Requirements
- Previous experience in the retail thrift environment is preferred.




- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and reporting
- Ability to use a POS system; training may be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols.

- Able to lift 50 lbs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour
