The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Counter Person to join our parts team!

In this role, you will be one of the friendly faces our customers rely on daily - helping them find the right parts, offering knowledgeable advice, while assisting to keep our parts department running smoothly.

Position Overview:

- Welcome and assist customers with parts inquiries
- Recommend products based on customer needs
- Maintain strong product knowledge (Kubota, STIHL, ECHO)
- Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and manage orders
- Support merchandising and create attractive displays




- Follow inventory control procedures
- Assist with shipping and receiving
- Work collaboratively with your team in a fast paced environment

Position Requirements:

- High school diploma (minimum)
- Knowledge of agricultural and construction equipment
- Experience in a retail or equipment dealership
- Comfort using computer systems
- Robust communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Flexibility, including weekend availability (rotational schedule)
